Want to Lose Weight? Eat More

Bet many of you have heard about this method: eat more to lose weight. It is also what's described in this article.
The article is no BS. It's true, I just proved it.
Panicked from a drastic weight increase in just a 2-week vacation, I over reacted. I then made a vow not to eat lunch, only some apples in daytime and a bit of dinner. I successfully did it… for one day. I couldn't stand to be in this mode for more than a day. I felt so weak!
The next morning I saw my weight was actually gained 200gr. (was on a digital scale, so you can see in gram unit, hehe).
I was so disappointed that of all the effort I did not reduce a bit, but actually gained a little. So I thought, "okay start from today I'll have 3 meals per day but smaller portion, more veggies and fruits.. 2 snacks in between so I'm not hungry.. not too much sugar, not too much wheat, carbs, and fatty food, .. just moderate". I did this for one week to see, and yessss… I reduced 1.5kg, yippey!
So ladies, don't starve yourself, just watch your intake a bit.

I so did that way, too. Well, let's make a small competition here, ok? Who'll lose weights more in one month..LOL..
Oh, there is also another diet my Dad always does. So in the first three days,we only eat vegies and fruits, right. And the next couple days we only drink and eat fluids. It means soups etc. It's kinda of detoxifications things, makes our skins brighter and bodies healthier. And every week we lose 2-3 kg. Hehehe..I did it, and it worked..but...I'm a dessert fan so..no further discussion for doing that program...ehehehe :D
But it's hard not having choco and pans.. (these two are enemies)

halah, kalo di sana banyak makanan enak, ada ten-ya, ada cake2 jepang yg enak2, onigiri pun sy kangen berats nih.... ntar2 aja diet nya... :)
I have only recently started my diet and yoga exercises, and have cut down the portions of my food intake, espcially on the carbo. You are right - we have to maintain our metabolism rate by continuing to eat and not starve ourselves by skipping meals. :wink:

I'm in the process of doing eat more to lose weight, thanks to your post here ;). What I do everyday is like this, have normal breakfast but try to eat non/less fat meals, and then I eat 1 fruit around 10am before lunch, then have normal lunch and then eat another fruit one slice to another slowly; like 15 minutes for each slice from rujak (mangga, jambu, kedondong are my fave fruits) but without the bumbu, and have normal dinner after exercise. Been doing it for the past one week and I can feel that there is more space left in my jeans :))

Diet ? I've tried it, eat 3 times a day, avoid rice at night, do yoga, then suddenly I've got a loooot of works to do, then I gain my weight again ..
Now... telling myself, that I'll be back to my old habit ..after the christmas :-)
